The SZT-350A Automatic Masking Film Machine is designed for laminating plastic film with masking tape and rewinding the finished pre-taped masking film into compact rolls.

It combines film unwinding, masking tape feeding, laminating, material pulling, edge correction, slitting, rewinding, cutting and automatic discharge in one production process.

The machine is mainly designed for pre-taped masking film converting, helping manufacturers produce ready-to-use masking film rolls for painting and surface protection applications.

1. Servo-Controlled Laminating and Rewinding

The machine uses servo motors for material pulling, winding, shaft exchange and paper-core dropping.

The servo-controlled system provides accurate material feeding, stable winding tension and consistent finished rolls.

2. Automatic Tension Control

The film unwinding system uses automatic tension control to maintain stable tension during the laminating process.

This helps achieve smooth lamination and stable operation during machine start-up and stopping.

3. Automatic Rewinding

7. Tungsten Steel Circular Knife

A 40 mm tungsten steel circular knife is used for material slitting.
