What's the difference of common tape slitting machine and semi-automatic tape slitting machine?

the common tape slitting machine can't produce super clear bopp tape.

and manual load paper core,doesn't have automatic paper core arranging system,automatic shaft conveying system

This Semi Automatic Tape Slitting Machine consists of a conveyor for loading and unloading of slitted tape rolls, one size of mould. 

This model has a hopper with rotating base whirler to ensure paper cores are fitted properly in to the mould without damage. 

The stepless speed variable drive with three step length setting makes the product accurate. Powder breaks for unwind and rewinding tension control are automatic. The unwind section has the noise safety cover which reduces the noise of unwinding tape roll for ease of working of the operator. This machine also has automatic labelling system, trim winder is staggered winding type. 

A typical size of 48 mmX65m roller if programmed for production, it requires 35 minutes to convert the entire jumbo roll of 1300 mmX4000m .

This machine is suitable for high productive factories producing adhesive bopp tape.
